Ceremonial services are described as lasting up to approximately six hours. Feng Shui & Kanyu Consultation includes up to approximately six hours of dedicated practitioner assessment. Exact working time may vary according to the service and materials required.

No. Phase 1 includes services only. No physical ritual objects, offerings or ceremonial materials are shipped. Feng Shui & Kanyu Consultation does not include physical objects, construction, installation or on-site work.

Live attendance and livestreaming are not included.

No. OneTao provides traditional cultural, religious or consultative services and an agreed record or result of completion. No service guarantees a medical, financial, legal, relationship, academic, career, protection, spiritual, supernatural or afterlife result.

For the 12 rites and offering services, you will receive private photographic documentation and private video documentation, normally within three calendar days after completion. Feng Shui & Kanyu Consultation includes private delivery of the assessment and relevant recommendations instead of ceremony photographs and video.

Private download links are normally intended to remain available for 30 calendar days. OneTao normally retains the complete digital files for up to 90 calendar days after initial delivery for possible re-delivery. Download and store your own copy within the link period.

For rites and offerings, you may generally request cancellation before you expressly confirm the proposed service date. After you confirm the date, the service is normally non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
