The Rhythm of Creation
At OneTao, we honor the steady pace of nature and the precision of the human touch. Each artifact is not merely a product but a vessel of intention, crafted to harmonize with your unique journey.

Processing Time: The Ritual of Dedication

• 5 Business Day Fulfillment: Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.

• The Reason for the Wait: Unlike mass-produced items, every OneTao piece is manually assembled and undergoes a personalized intention-setting (blessing) ritual prior to shipment. This dedicated time ensures that the energy of the artifact is precisely aligned with the recipient before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We provide fully insured global shipping to ensure your artifact arrives safely.

• Complimentary Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (Free).

• Expedited Zen Delivery: 3-5 business days (Calculated at checkout).

• Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after the 5-day processing period.

Tracking Your Journey Once the consecration ritual is complete and your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to observe its progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes OneTao is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
