• Artisan Handcraft: As each artifact is individually crafted by human hands, subtle variations in form and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the artisan experience.

• Intentional Dedication: Prior to fulfillment, each order undergoes a private intention-setting or consecration ritual personalized to the customer.

• Final Sale: Due to the highly personalized and spiritually dedicated nature of our bespoke services, all sales are considered Final Sale once the customization or ritual process has commenced. Purchases are non-returnable except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy.
