Individually prepared
Every order is reviewed on its own. The preparation reflects the service selected and the information you provide. OneTao does not place customers into a shared ceremony or substitute an automated recording for individual work.
OneTao makes traditional Taoist services accessible through a clear and private process. You choose the service that best reflects your situation; we guide the information, preparation and delivery from there.
How It Works
Taoist practice carries many names, forms and traditions. You do not need to understand every term before you begin.
Start with the person, memory, intention or space that asks for your attention. Each service page explains its purpose, cultural context, process and boundaries, helping you choose with clarity.
The process begins with sincerity, not certainty.
Explore our rites, offerings and consultation services. Each service page explains when it may be appropriate, what information is needed and what you will receive. No prior knowledge of Taoist practice is required.
After checkout, you receive access to a private form connected to your order. The questions change according to the service selected, and we ask only for information needed to prepare and complete it. If the request concerns another living person, you may also be asked to confirm that you have the appropriate permission to provide their information.
Our team reviews your submission before work begins. If something essential is missing or unclear, we contact you at the email used for your order. Every service is individually reviewed. It is not prerecorded, AI-generated or participation in a group event.
For rites and offerings that require scheduling, OneTao proposes a suitable ceremonial date after reviewing the required private information. The date is not confirmed until you expressly approve it. Feng Shui & Kanyu Consultation follows an assessment process and does not use the ceremonial-date confirmation flow.
Once all required information and materials have been received and confirmed, the selected service is normally completed within 10 calendar days. Rites and offerings are individually prepared and carried out by a dedicated practitioner in Shandong, China. Consultations are individually assessed from the materials supplied with the order.
For rites and offerings, private photographic documentation and private video documentation are normally delivered within three calendar days after completion. For consultations, you receive the private assessment and relevant recommendations instead of ceremony documentation. Your delivery is sent privately using the contact details connected to your order. Private download links are normally intended to remain available for 30 calendar days, and OneTao normally retains complete digital files for up to 90 calendar days after initial delivery for possible re-delivery.
