• Natural Signatures: Our products are crafted from natural wood and gemstones. Unique variations in wood grain, internal ice cracks, and mineral textures are the "fingerprints" of nature. These are inherent characteristics of the materials and are not considered defects, and therefore are not eligible for returns.

Bespoke Personalization & Intention Setting Every OneTao piece is more than a product; it is a personal spiritual companion. 

• Handcrafted & Tailored: Each item is handcrafted and adjusted to your specific measurements.

• Private Ritual: Before shipment, every piece undergoes a private "Intention-Setting Ritual" tailored specifically to the recipient.

• Final Sale: Due to the highly personalized and spiritually consecrated nature of our products, all sales are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues (such as "change of mind" or "style preference").

Damages and Quality Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is truly defective (e.g., physically broken during transit) or if you receive the wrong item:

1. Contact us within 48 hours: Email onetao-sg@outlook.com with clear photos of the damage.

2. Evaluation: We will evaluate the issue and may provide a replacement or a partial refund to ensure a balanced resolution.

Shipping for Approved Returns In the rare event that a return is authorized by our team:

• The customer is responsible for all international return shipping costs, duties, and ensuring the package reaches us safely.

• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
